How It Works

We will access your report online through Ofsted, or you can send it to us. 

We book you in for a consultation (included in the price) to walk through your thoughts and the feedback you received from Ofsted. 

Then we work through your plan, identifying the root causes and breaking each point down to remove technical jargon (this supports understanding of what Ofsted actually mean). 

Once we have established areas of weakness and the causes. We build multi-step action plans for each weakness, and we tailor these to your setting's practice, so we aren't expecting something unrealistic. 

We will then book in your 2-hour strategy planning call. This is where we discuss the weaknesses with you and what they mean. We discuss what caused them and the solution forward. We work with you to adapt any necessary solutions to ensure they are truly bespoke to you, with action steps you understand. However, the solutions must meet short-term and long-term needs and address all areas of weakness. 

After the call, we will send you a report within 72 hours, so you have a clear roadmap you can refer back to at any point.
