About Edgington Early Learning Co.

At Edgington Early Learning Co., we are passionate about transforming how the Early Years sector understands, observes, and nurtures young children. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge academic research and the daily realities of early childhood settings, we empower educators, SENCos, and leaders to create inclusive, agency-rich environments where every child thrives.

Meet Our Founding Director

Adrianne

Founding Director & Lead Researcher

"Early childhood education isn't just about preparing children for school. It's about honouring their voice, agency, and unique developmental journey right now in the present moment."

Adrianne founded Edgington Early Learning Co. with a vision to revolutionise Early Years practice and professional development. Driven by a commitment to child agency and inclusive pedagogy, Adrianne brings years of specialist experience in early communication, toddler non-verbal expression, and statutory framework implementation.

As the principal investigator leading our landmark three-year research project, Empowering Toddler Voice, Adrianne works directly alongside practitioners, settings, and academic policymakers to translate complex developmental theory into practical, "done-for-you" classroom tools and practical training.

Our Core Values

Child Agency First: We advocate for the rights of all children to express themselves and exercise choice through both verbal and non-verbal communication.

Research-Informed Practice: Every curriculum micro-step, activity guide, and training module we create is rooted in robust developmental theory and real-world testing.

Practitioner-Centered Design: We know how demanding nursery environments are. Our resources are designed to save time, reduce paperwork, and elevate staff confidence without adding stress.
