Our goal is to ensure every session elevates your team’s confidence, compliance, and connection to the children.

Sustained Excellence: The Annual Roadmap

While you can book one-off sessions with us, many nurseries opt for the annual plan for better pricing and consistent training.

True improvement requires time. Our annual partnership model follows a strategic six-session academic cadence, designed specifically to avoid the "decay rate" of knowledge. By meeting every eight weeks, we provide your team with the dedicated space to implement, refine, and embed new strategies on the nursery floor. This cycle transforms professional development from a fleeting moment of inspiration into a lasting part of your nursery's culture.

We recognise that every setting is unique, which is why your annual CPD partnership is fully customisable. You are not locked into our template; you have the flexibility to swap, mix, or match any modules from our comprehensive catalogue to create a bespoke training plan that reflects your nursery’s current priorities. Whether you are addressing specific Ofsted action points, enhancing SENCO provision, or deepening your team’s expertise in trauma-informed pedagogy, we pivot with you.

Our goal is to act as your long-term early years consultancy partner, ensuring that your nursery staff development is agile, relevant, and directly aligned with the evolving needs of the children in your care. By curating a unique sustained learning journey, you ensure that your team stays ahead of sector trends and continues to deliver exceptional outcomes all year round.

Frequently asked questions

Can we mix and match modules?

Absolutely. Our Roadmap is a template, but our partnership is flexible. You can build a bespoke training plan by selecting any combination of modules from our brochure.

Is this suitable for both small and large settings?

Yes. Our multi-disciplinary approach is designed to be scalable, ensuring that whether you are a small team or a large group, you receive targeted, high-impact consultancy.

Do you offer one-off sessions?

We do. While we recommend our annual cadence for the best results, we are happy to support your setting with individual "spot" training days.

How does the booking process work?

Use the Booking and Enquiry Form below or in the menu. If you already know what training or training plan you'd like, tell us which ones you would like, and we can then propose some dates and send over any necessary information and documents. If you are unsure what your setting needs, ask for our FREE Consultation instead, and we can work with you to build the perfect training session or plan.

Do you offer training on-site at our nursery or is it delivered remotely?

We offer both! To provide the greatest flexibility for your team, our training modules can be delivered either on-site at your nursery or remotely via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. We charge the same rate for both delivery methods because our commitment to quality, evidence-based content, and practical toolkit support remains identical regardless of the format.

If you choose an on-site visit, we simply ask that you provide your postcode upon enquiry. If your nursery is located outside a 45-minute radius of our base, a small, transparent travel fee will be needed to cover our expenses. We are committed to keeping these costs as low as possible and only charge for necessary travel—we will always confirm the exact amount with you before you confirm your booking. We will let you know if there is a travel fee and how much it will be. This can help you decide if you would like remote, on-site, or if you feel we are too far away.

We currently offer on-site training across all of England, and remote training across all of the UK.
